Take Your Life Back aims to collect only the information required to operate the site, provide requested features, understand performance and complete purchases.

Information processed

Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP address, device, browser and request logs for security and reliability. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, visit and campaign information may be processed, including UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers.

Conversational guide

When you use the optional AI guide, the text you submit and recent messages in that session are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a response. Voice input is transcribed by compatible browser speech-recognition technology; the website sends the resulting text, not an audio recording, to the guide. The site does not require an account and does not save a conversation history in its own customer database. Do not submit names, contact details or other identifying information.

Purchases

Purchases are completed on Gumroad. Gumroad processes payment, billing and digital delivery under its own policies. This site does not store full payment-card details.

Sensitive data

The conversational guide may process sensitive information that you voluntarily type. Use it only if you are comfortable sending that text to the AI provider. We do not sell personal information or use conversation content to build sensitive customer lists for personalized advertising.
